What is the Cost of Delivery?
Delivery is Free to the USA & Canada. We are happy to ship to either country free of charge however there are some exceptions.
We don't ship to:
- PO Boxes
- Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut or Newfoundland (Canada)
- Hawaii, Military Bases, Guam, US Virgin (United States)
** If you want delivery to these remote areas, we can work out a custom shipping rate for you.
How Long will my delivery Take?
Delivery will take approximately 3-5 Business days if the mattress is in stock. We actively stock the select RV Mattress sizes, however for custom sizes or shapes you can add another 4-12 business days to the delivery time. This time is due to the custom manufacturing of your exact size mattress.
Are there any Possible Delays in receiving my Mattress?
Yes, if you have a custom size mattress that we don't commonly stock, it may take a little extra time to get your mattress. We estimate 3-5 business days for delivery and up to 4-12 additional business days for customization.
Our median delivery time is 7 business days. This means, most customers receive their order in 7 business days.
How will your Mattress Arrive?
Your mattress will arrive rolled up and in a box. This makes it very convenient to bring into your RV and place where it is needed.
After you unroll the mattress, it will take up to 72 hours to completely rebound to its full shape. The mattress is ready to use right away however.
